1. Who we are

Comfort is an AI cultural-concierge experience. Cue, our AI, helps you discover places, plan evenings, cook, and keep the moments that matter.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, whether you use Google, Apple or email. Tell us if your account is used without your permission.

4. What Comfort is — and isn't

Many features are prototypes or simulations. Where a feature is marked as a simulation — reservations, wallet, payments, tickets, invitations, or “night” itineraries — no real booking, money, ticket or message occurs.

Please do not rely on a simulated action as real. We will always make it clear when a feature is real.

5. Cue and AI content

Cue can be wrong, and its output is not professional advice. Verify hours, prices, availability, allergens and accessibility directly before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully or infringe the rights of others. Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service. Do not upload content you lack the rights to, or content that is harmful. Do not harass anyone.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it so we can operate the Service. You are responsible for what you provide.

8. Our content

The "Comfort" name, the wordmark, the Twin Spark mark, the design and the software are ours. Please do not copy them or use our branding without permission.

9. Payments

There are no real payments at this time. Wallet and payment features are simulated until we state otherwise. If real payments are enabled, they will be handled by a third-party processor.

10. Third-party services

We rely on and reference third-party services, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on simulated features or on Cue's output.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect our users.

14. Changes

We will revise the "Last updated" date above when these Terms change, and flag material changes. Continued use means you accept them.

15. Governing law
